Note: Park schedules are brought to parks every Friday.

Practices for the following week must be booked by then otherwise follow below.

Week runs from Saturday to Friday.

Practices may be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.  

Any practices booked after that must be confirmed via the park schedules then the park attendant must be called by the coaches(numbers under park schedules) to advise them to add the practice to there schedules or your will not have the field setup for you.  

If you cancel a game or practice you must advise the park scheduler.
