2010 Registration Form

After contacting us, you may drop your registration at our postal address at Centre communautaire Marcel Morin,
14068 Boul. Gouin, Pierrefonds, Québec, H8Z 1Y1.
If the center is closed, simply drop the registration in the « courriel/mail » box located at the entrance by the parking lot.
Please, do not mail your season registration at this point as it is taking up to three weeks to receive them.

If you are a new player, make sure to include:
-A photocopy of player’s Medicare card
-A photocopy of a proof or residence (i.e. first page of report card)
-Registration form
-Check to the order of  Pierrefonds Baseball.

Returning players from 2009, make sure to include:
-Registration form
-Check to the order of  Pierrefonds Baseball.
